  1. You won't once you get it though. When you are young and get your licence the feeling of freedom is unparalleled. Besides once you have it nobody will tell you to stop leaning on the windowsill :).

  2. Cars are fun to drive. However you can change your entire lifestyle so you are not totally dependant on it. I used to drive 7 days a week and now i am down to using the car about every 2nd or third day only. It is doable with planning. i can go as much as 6 days without driving a car depending on hrs i am working on a particular week.
