  2. If they had enough evidence to charge him they would have a murder arrest warrant out. They clearly don't and need him to confess. Just because they know it was a homicide does not mean they have enough evidence for his conviction. They would be hoping to trap him into opening up if he is the one responsible. As for the family they would have already been charged if they had evidence to do so.

  6.  @elizabethraworth64  Yep that is completely possible. This is getting laughable how invested people are getting in people they don't know and their lives. How about they concentrate on their own lives and let the FBI get on with the job at hand?. I am not directing anything below towards you specifically here either it's just that you made the most amount of sense from most i have read here :). What is not ok is trespassing on other people's property just because you believe in some sense of justice for people you don't even know or their back story you have no clue about. The relationship was toxic and we have no idea what Gabby or Brian were like to live with on the road or what either of them went through. Both had the choice as adults to separate at any time though yet they both chose to stay in a toxic environment and one ends up dead. Whether he killed her accidentally or on purpose or someone else did after he left her maybe time will tell or maybe we will never find out. In any case none of this speculation does anyone any good and unless people have actual evidence to provide to the FBI what is the point with all this now? . If he did top himself this could be the total amount of story we ever find out too.

If he really is on the run and not dead. So then the fact she is a family person with kids they would hardly want her children asking weird questions . It stands to reason they kept her out of the loop and she is not involved in any way.

  11. I am still not really convinced he is telling the truth. Why if he just slightly injured the poor girl would he not just own up and tell her parents himself. He said he accidentally hit her and she was going to tell her dad but so what. It would have been an accident and parent would just be relieved she was ok. I think he is lying about the motive. i think this was an opportunistic kidnapping that went wrong.

  13. Amazing you have a camera and filmed her death so give it to the FBI case closed. Otherwise let them do their job . For all we know he accidentally killed her and ridden with guilt he killed himself. We don't know any of these people and who is good or bad or telling the truth in any of this.

  14. He looks guilty and panicked. It's not beyond the realm of possibility he thought he was trying to get her to be quiet and things went pear-shaped fast. He's a lot bigger than her and stronger. He may not have deliberately killed her even if it was him that did it. We may never know and really outside the family of both it's nobody else's business what they do or don't divulge about the case from here-in. The FBI don't owe the public anything only the family of the victim.

It is a pretty common tactic to arrest him on a more minor charge on whatever they can where as in this case he made that easy by using her Credit card after she was reported missing however if this is the only evidence they had it would not be enough to indict him for murder so they need his statement of events and would be hoping he lets something slip. You can't charge people for murder by way of the court of public opinion if you are the FBI unfortunately. They can only operate on evidence.

If he is smart and still alive he could yet literally get away with murder if he did do it and meant to do it. I have a feeling he didn't mean to kill her and went and offed himself somewhere out of guilt though. He is smart enough to know the FBI will not give up so why would be bother hiding?. At the end of the day he was only a year older than her at 23 which is hardly enough to have full life experience or have this much experience to stay hidden from police for this long without a trace.

He totally owned that whole conversation with the police. He had all of them eating out of his hand like they were all best mates. That takes skill and cunning to be that up front and brash. All we really know is she was killed and they had fought some time beforehand , he used her credit card without permission but there is nothing else hence why there are no other charges against him. If it was something he regretted doing if he is the responsible party and he did top himself it may be all we ever know too.

  51. She was an adult and made her own decisions in life. She chose to stay in a toxic relationship that clearly kept getting worse. We don't know much beyond that and maybe we never will if he ended his life. I am not blaming her for his actions if he killed her either but it was clear even from the police stop she kept making excuses for him and blamed herself which is all those cops could go off.
