Yeah he reminds me of the The car nut on YouTube that has his own workshop. Works mostly on Toyotas.

Lol it’s like blaming a tyre place for tread wear lol. I always go to same one I trust there though as they always do a proper alignment each year and I’ve never had any issues with pilot sport 4S tyres. Amazing tyres.

Sorry to hear that mate. I wish people respected others like the old days hey? I still remember self service fuel stations here in Australia. Service with a smile and they wiped the windscreen as well and checked the dip stick. Those days are long gone here sadly.

The dealer should just give this guy a refund. The car is not roadworthy.

Hi Mate, Greetings from Australia. I really appreciate your honesty and I can”t think of any way a reasonable mechanic could possibly be responsible for shocks that are that bad to begin with. The window issue you spoke of is crazy too. Do people really accuse a shop for breaking a window winder? On my previous car it had a short on left hand blinker so I always had to get that globe replaced at some stage or replace the whole housing on this particular Subaru. One time during a registration check they replaced the globe free of charge which I was really grateful for. I now always get every car checked there thanks to that courtesy they showed. I drive a Lexus Coupe now and every year the Lexus dealer right near me services the car and ever since I bought it from them at 1 year old and they have treated me so well ever since always loaning me a car for the day If anything needs to be done which in the past 7 years is extremely rarely other than a normal service. Even replaced the water pump free of charge at 3 month check as it had a very small leak.

Hi mate, Greetings from Australia. Why is the wiring so messy and exposed on such a near new car?

I bought a 1 year old Lexus from a Lexus dealer here in Australia and in the first 3 month check they noticed a slight leak with the water pump so they replaced it under warranty with a brand new one. They’ even repaired minor scratches on the alloys and only charged me cost price for what the labor cost them about 3 years later. They fixed all 4 wheels like new for about $150 dollars. To see someone go through this mess at a Nissan dealer is terrible. Nissan once had a great name too.
