Street take overs usually involves closing the road with barriers 🚧 or cars so the racers can race without worrying about cross traffic. So the fact the car got hit trying to make a left turn, doesn't seem like a street take over to me.

@CUBEoneVX If a car is making a left turn on a street take over, then that street isn't completely taken over. The person must have driven down the road prior to the street being taken over or during, hence the reason for the left turn.
