Prayer has to be manifested into action in the form of God using others to deliver the help needed to those affected. God helps out everyday, through the body of others on earth. But you're too busy believing in Harry Potter that you seem to think God works like a sorcerer and shoots out magic for the eye to see. God doesn't show off, he is sent prayers from those in need and in return, answers those prayers through help by others who you describe as the heroes who saved those affected by the tragedy. God is working overtime, trying to fight the devil and meet the needs of his children at the same time. So instead of blaming god for not doing anything, why don't you trying being the answer to those prayers, you say doesn't do anything. Because if you don't anything, praying won't do anything.
