  1. And take showers immediately once home from outside. Do not sit down. Go straight to the bathroom and shower. Wash your clothes immediately. The virus attaches itself to hair and clothes. Drink plenty of warm water/coffee or tea as this kills the virus on your lips. Don't smoke, this is a respiratory virus and blocks the airways in the lungs. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Wash your hands every 20 minutes for 20 seconds. Stay safe Everyone!
