Mental illness should not be met with deadly force unless the person is a immediate threat. This person should have been tazed and brought under control and arrested, not shot and killed.

Daniel Fronc irrational behavior that's not normal can be described as a mental illness. And you can determine that just seeing how the person behaves.

@berryb1360 Every right to shoot!? Even if the person is "acting" suspicious but not actually is because that's just how that person behaves and because of that, oh I have a right to shoot that person because he or she "appears" to be a threat? 🤨🙄

@berryb1360 I wasn't talking about him. I was talking about a non threatening person who appears like they are threatening but are not. It's just how they behave.
