  2. Or smashed her head into concrete. People don't realize that your body is traveling at the same speed as the car is. So if ejected, you'll be thrown out at the same speed the car was going. Now imagine your body flying out of the window at 65 MPH and hitting concrete ground. Your body would be pulverized.
