  1.  @galacticgiraffe2277  My hearing aid has an app linked to a device that can transmit music and phone calls directly into my hearing aid without the need for earbuds or headphones. The app has a speaker button that cancels out all background noise and lets you concentrate on the phone call or music you're listening to. And you can adjust the volume level on the app that affects the volume level of your hearing aid and still hear others while listening to the phone call or music.

  3.  @galacticgiraffe2277  Is it black with two buttons on the side and a neck cord? Mine comes with an additional neck cord and two chargers, one for indoor and one for the car. It also comes with a carrying pouch. All that for free at a $200 value. It was a donation gift from a family who's 89 year old died and they gave it back to the audiologist. We don't know if the story is true or my audiologist just decided to give us one because we mentioned about it while getting my hearing aid checked out. Been enjoying it at work and my bosses don't have any clue I'm listening to music while working 😂.
