@theMKill76 Yes, but they don't go by that anymore. A courtroom is a public place owned by the taxpayers and the judge is owned by the people because of the elected votes that put him or her in that seat. WE give them power. But today, they instill fear into the community once in power that they are in total control. And you can't wear shorts in a building your own tax money helped to build. You can't talk back to the judge, the voters help put his or her ass in that seat. The people own the court building and the courtrooms and the judges that sit in them. Yet, they use fear and intimidation to get you to submit to their authority........The same authority WE GAVE THEM! So anyone working for or serving for the government, are doing so, not for the people, but for those who are in power. Fighting for mom and apple pie died a long time ago.

He was arrested and an employee getting arrested is automatic termination regardless if you're innocent.
