  2. They had no way of knowing that an innocent was on the opposite side of the drywall. Now if they went in with thermal scopes, they would have picked her up immediately and sent a rescue team to the fitting room while trying to talk the man into surrendering. This was just a tragic accident.

  3.  @NotoriousSSV  Yes they did.......So you're telling me that THEY KNEW she was in the fitting room!? That's impossible. There was no time to clear the store while an active threat could be anywhere in the store. In this type of situation, you go in, locate and eliminate the threat and then clear the store. Trying to clear the store while an active threat is in progress, could result in more casualties or worse yet, a hostage situation.
