  3.  @SecretObsession07  She was running. When they turn on the lights and siren once, it means pull over. If they have to initiate the full lights and sirens, that means the person is running from police.

  4.  @elijahbuscho7715  They don't use the PIT unless authorized to do so from command headquarters. So that tells you that she was running.

  6.  @elijahbuscho7715  The fact stands for itself. She refused to pull over. She continued to ignore the officer's commands. He turned on his full lights and sirens indicating a police chase. At some point during the chase she must have done something that warranted a PIT. The officer then requested permission to use the PIT maneuver. His request was granted. He then began pull along side her rear quarter panel and spin her vehicle in order to get her to stop. Unfortunately, in her attempt to turn the wheel in opposite direction of the skid, the vehicle overturned.

  8.  @homeofsports3295  He didn't assault her. You can't do a pit without getting authorization from command headquarters first. So the officer was doing his job. Plus, what more safe place do you need to look for on an EMPTY HIGHWAY!! During the entire footage, I only saw one car in front of her and no cars passing her. I guess the car in front of her was looking for a safe place too because under law, you're supposed to pull over and yield to emergency vehicles.. So both drivers are breaking the law.

  9.  @KmanB2525  He won't be charged with anything as she failed to comply with commands. He did everything by the book. If anything, she should charged with fleeing an officer, failure to comply with an officer.

  10. They turn on a single flasher on their light bar to tell you to pull over. If he has to turn on full lights and sirens.... YOU'RE RUNNING!!

  13.  @mathewhorodner2000  The highway was basically empty that night, barely a car was on it, she was in no danger of getting hit by a passing car. SHE SHOULD HAVE PULLED OVER IMMEDIATELY.

  15.  @mathewhorodner2000  The cop doesn't have time to cruise behind you for miles with the lights on till you get off the highway. Once they come on, it means pull over.
