But the main roads with them closed off to traffic at 2 or 3 in the morning, so no civilians hurt or killed. That's how real streetracers do their thing. Not wannabes Racing in the middle of the day with heavy traffic and civilians around.

The real streetracers do their racing 2 or 3 in the morning with the streets closed off to traffic. So the only ones getting hurt or killed, are the streetracers themselves.

  10. Some people are not innocent. Some are killed because they did something to threaten the other person. If two people are in a semi combative confrontation and one decides to pull out a gun and shoot the other, well the person getting shot isn't exactly innocent or a victim is he. Being dead of murder doesn't equal to innocence or being a victim.

  16. People are killed at racetracks too. Even spectators have been killed by flying debris. Yes I know it's rare, but so are streetracing deaths. For every streetracer who got killed or killed someone else, there were hundreds of other races that didn't result in deaths.

Also, the immediate threat of death must be present in order to justify killing someone who's not an immediate threat in your general direction.
