That's because the bad guys are the men in blue. I'll rather put my life in the hands of the Men In Black. 😅

You have to follow rules of engagement. You just don't run in gun blazing like a movie action hero.
10
@unnameddelta38 Let me tell you what Protect and Serve really means..........it means, To Serve the Government and to Protect its interest. That's what it really means.
8
@horrorshlt Rules of engagement are in place for the safety of your team. If everyone ran in and got slaughtered, who's left alive to save anyone? 😏 Nobody.
6
@tsarpeteri8578 Rules of engagement.... protocol for dealing with armed suspects.
5
@milaniamariewalls9244 You have to follow the rules of engagement, you don't know how many gunmen are in the room, you don't know his weaponry or his ammo capacity or capability. Running into a cornered gunman who has the upper hand and a better shot target once you break open that door is suicide.
5
Some of them were former soldiers.

@californiarespublica A criminal is still considered an enemy...... enemy of the people, law and state. So rule of engagement still implies. He was in a cornered room with the upper hand drop on the tactical officers coming through the door. It would have been a turkey shoot.
3
@chlupl Not when said shooter has the upper hand drop on your assault team. Then the team would have to fall back and regroup and rethink their tactical strategy.
3
@melissabaliva2989 So 400 men are going to storm one little room to take out a gunman? 😅
2
@JoseVasquez-sp6kc Yes, but not when it's a barricaded suspect in a classroom with hostages. And a barricaded suspect who has the drop on anyone entering through that door.
2
@lockelamora0717 The suspect was barricaded inside the classroom, he was lying in wait, he has the drop on anyone coming through that door. But they were able to take him out once they gained entry into the room.
2
@telebubba5527 They were told to stand down and wait for further instructions and the suspect was barricaded inside, that's why they were having trouble gaining access to the room. Plus, the cops outside were pinned down under fire from the suspect shooting at them from the window. Also, because of the children in the room, they had to hold their fire. They couldn't pinpoint his location in the room because he was crouch down below the window.
2
FlushaArt Intergalatic The 2 amendment was created originally for the creation of the milita. It was never intended for civilians to own guns. It's true intended purpose was for defending the nation.
2
@johndespard3477 Well,. yeah, that's one of the reasons you don't rush in, but they were given orders to hold their position from their superior for whatever reason, he must have thought it wasn't a mass shooting but a hostage situation.
2
That's why I believe this whole thing is a hoax.
1
@danielbenitez6985 How many times have reports been wrong. When Timothy McVeigh blew up a federal building, every news station assumed it was a middle east terrorist but that wasn't the case.
1
@goodkarna That's MrMJmusicLover.
1
@goodkarna What jury, the guy is dead.
1
@lockelamora0717 They were told to stand down and wait for further instructions. They were given a different Protocol than the standard one for dealing with active shooter situations.
1
@gatahunm So was the shooter. A gang of cowards taking on a lone coward.
1
@nelsonsailor7524 So you think he's gonna stick his neck out for a sniper to get an easy Kill? That guy was crouch down and barricaded inside the classroom with kids taking cover from the police outside.
1
@jaredburgess8381 They were given orders to stand down and wait for further instructions from their superior. Obviously, it was the wrong command given, but you have to follow orders no matter how crazy they may seem.
1
@DoctorChained Till those boots shnie crystal clean. 😁
1
@joeyseven17teen6 In the video, the gunshots wasn't continuously, there were breaks in between where the gunman and officers were communicating back and forth before gunfire resumed, now just because it did resume, doesn't mean he was inside the classroom killing off the rest of children, he could have been directing his fire towards the cops outside.

@wennersballardiii5219 You know what.......I suck at math, it was my worst subject in any grade of school. I did have family who were in the military, but me, the farthest I ever came close to uniform dignity was The Boyscouts. But unlike the Boyscouts of today where it's mostly just a family picnic affair, I actually took it seriously from a military stand point. So whenever I see a Boyscout or Boyscout leader, I see them as brothers. Semper Fi!
1
@joeyseven17teen6 Your guess is as good as mine. 🤔
1
@siry5164 Everything is BS!
1
@siry5164 obviously not.
1
@catsberry4858 He's in the classroom barricaded in with a locked door that has to be breached. He's listening to officers outside of the classroom working the keys in the lock. He's sitting lying in wait for them to enter and then fire on them upon entering. That's having the drop on.
1
@catsberry4858 Ok I won't. 🤔🙂👍🏾
1
Can you even fathom that one of the officers is on his cell phone just chillin. 😳
1
@nba1942 You again. Go away! 😠
