I lost my father to a friend's irresponsibly driving drunk and crashing into a tree. My father wasn't in a seatbelt and went flying like a missile out of the windshield and smashed hard against the tree killing him instantly. I later learned that the friend was actually a close relative. Because of that night is the reason I never got a chance to even know my father. I have only pictures of him but no memories of him. I look at the pictures but can't connect with them because I never knew my father, I was so young.
