Ret1173 I just watched a previous speech given by Obama on YouTube and he spoke well educated and intelligent and used proper hand gestures and body language. Plus he looked around the room as he was speaking. Hardly needing a monitor to read from.

@javierj9345 Eisenhower did. But spoke strongly and never looked down at what he wrote because he knew what needed to be said.

We have had an increase in racial bigotry and tensions and violence since Trump has taken office. If anything, I say it's Trump who's running this country into the ground with the increase in mass shootings.
