  1. All I saw was a struggle in the elevator. She even got back up to push the buttons again. He didn't kill her in the elevator because he threw her to the floor after they both got out. Next thing I see is her falling to the ground from high above. So he killed her but either pushing her or throwing her over a balcony.

  7.  @vcunhacarmo  you can't clean up blood better to fool the police. They have a way to illuminate wiped blood stains because of the DNA chemicals found in blood. Once illuminated, the illumination will show all smearing done by him trying to clean it up. BUSTED.
