I grew up IN Flint and didnt learn of the Sit Down Strike and the evil brutal tactics GM and the rest of the car companies used to assault them until I was in my 20's ... local suppression of news. If you appreciate that there is a thing known as the work week and the "weekend" thank the labor union. If not for unions we'd all be wearing collars to be harnessed into a machine from birth to death for the short term profit of a few greedy evil individuals.
