All of the main networks are run by corporations primarily for their owners profit, secondarily to sway public opinion to support their owners business, and once in a blue moon they let some unfiltered information out, but they arent Intent on helping create an informed elctorate. They profit from division in the american public, so drive it and undercut any environmental regulations with misinformation.
