  1.  @JamesTDG  I just don't see any alternative to optical media right now. You can't buy movies electronically. I have looked they are just not for sale. I have seen companies like amazon put up buy buttons for electronic media but you can't download it and archive it to watch it anytime you want and it can be taken away at any time.

  2.  @daltonwilliams1723  Yeah I went back to physical media. I OWN my content now. I can watch it whenever I want. Nobody is taking anything away from me. The content is also higher quality (as in encoded better) than the streaming services.

  3. I got rid of my streaming stuff a while ago. Why start a new show if you know it is going to be cancelled before the story goes anywhere? I also HATE binging so if it is a show I like I will probably watch one or maybe two episodes per week so I can sit down and enjoy it. The model just doesn't work for that. It is better to just buy what I want on bluray so I own it and can then watch it at my own pace.
