  1. The person talking at the beginning of this video is really hard to hear over the music. In many places it seems the music is louder than the person's voice. Even in other parts of the video the audio does not seem very clear with background audio as loud or louder than the person speaking.

  2. This really isn't a problem everywhere. This is mostly an American problem. This is mostly an issue because of single family zoning. You don't see this issue as much in the EU where there are a lot more affordable housing options available.
