  1. The court doesn't have credibility, They burned that a while ago. It is clear that make purely partisan decisions and not ones based on law. They make the decision first and then try to find a way to make the law fit what they want to do. A billionaire owns one supreme court justice that we know of. The odds are that more of them have been doing the same kinds of things and the court is fighting to have no accountability at all. That makes it even more clear that others are doing it.
