  3. Bethesda games have always had these kinds of glitches even back to Morrowind. It has gotten much better but those glitches still exist. It is apparently related to rendering everything in engine along with all of the physics simulations the engine does. I just don't think Starfield shows the point you think it does. It is probably the least glitchy Bethesda game ever.
