I love that my company is continuing to support and encourage people to work remotely if they want. All the metrics have shown that it is resulting in higher productivity, better work life balance, lower stress, and higher employee retention. They have repeatedly said there is no reason to force everyone back to the office. If you want to go to the office that is fine, if you are doing something that needs to be done in the office then you will need to be there (like running an experiment) but if you don't need to be there then don't be there. We are even getting rid of office space.
