I hope you are not just realizing that elon musk is a con artist. That is what he has been since the beginning. Electric cars won't fix our environment problems. Self-driving cars are not going to make the situation better. If he launched enough rockets to make a colony on Mars he would also be the largest polluter on earth with all those rockets.
