  5. What helped for me was work from home with flexible hours. I make sure I get 7-8 hours of sleep every night. I take my breaks during the day and doing physical activity. I have found games like beat saber really help where you can just zone out to the movements. I also only work 38 hours per week.

  6. Russia already offered to turn the gas back on to Germany. Germany turned them down and said that Russia is no longer a reliable energy partner. This is going to be a hard winter in Germany but we will make it through it and next winter will be easier. What is going to happen is that trade with Russia is going to essentially end. Even if Russia withdraws today and gives Ukraine back ALL of their territory it is unlikely that the EU is going to trade much with Russia again for quite a while.
