  21.  @jukkamaljanen6644  Countersteering works at any speed, even when stationary. To turn where you steer a bike you need outside force (you push it or ad more wheels). Turn handlebars to left and the bike start to lean right at any speed. In high speed not turning the steering in any direction is fatal, unless the road is straight and there is nothing to collide. If you think you can ride bike with fixed steering then go ahead. Tie the handelbar and go ride. I can guarantee that no matter what speed you go, you will fall.
