  11.  @ntdscherer  $1k helmet often gives just the same crash protection as $200 one. They usually has better ventilation, less circulated CO2 (not a real problem), you sweat less and be more comfortable. Safer. But then again most helmets in $1k range are designed for racing, so they can be noisier. Less safe.

  15. IDK how they are today, but back in the days wheelies were big no-no. Unmodified oil pan meant that the engine run dry.

  20. I guess he should not say steel either. There are thousands of different aluminium and steel alloys. You're not going to find pure aluminium anywhere unless you specificly order it. What is your opinion about plastic or rubber? How specific we have to be when we say plastic?

  21.  @davidjames1684  It is always an alloy. People who know aluminium, know it is an alloy even when you don't mention it and the people who does not know aluminium won't be any smarter. They might be confused. Unless you specific what kind of alloy it is, it is just nitpicking. Words don't always add value. Technically H2O2 is a solution because 100% isn't possible. Do you really say alcohol water solution insted of alcohol? I would like to see you asking a mineral water.
