  25. No. AK was inspider by SMGs. AK was replaced SMGs and SKS replaced rifles. SKS was quickly abandoned when the ruskies reliaed what AK is and what it can do.

  28.  @tenpotkan7051  How about. Bolt action smoothbore bullet/projectile shooter. You could call it a smoothbore rifle too. The problem lies with the English language. There are not many words for rifles. If it is a short barrel then you could say smoothbore carbine, but full lenght barrel gives less options. Also, musket is not a synonyme for a smoothbore. Early muskets' bores were smooth.
