  2. Nice tan. Too much carrots? :P Which one shows ads more often, Youtube or Murican TV? Homeowners association does not sound weird at all. In Finland all the appartment buildings are housing associations (unless they are municipal rental buildings) and some small house recidential areas use the same system. How else you cover maintanence fees?
