  4. @peterlangbridge4628  Well, it doesn't bother me, as I'm Irish. But if I was English, I'm not sure that I'd take much interest in a player who was of wholly Irish background. Mind you, I don't follow football so all I know is that some of them have Irish surnames (Rice, Grealish).
