  3. The only reason there's been some resistance in Ireland is because the scale and speed of change are unprecedented. Ireland is 1% of the EU population but accounts for 20% of EU population growth since 2020.

  8. Immigration has been found to suppress birth levels among the native population. Unsurprising: It's the government's way of telling the native population that their day is done, and many are getting the message and not having children.
