  4. At 20 mph the risk of death for pedestrians is about 10% if an accident occurs, at 30mph it's about 20%. From there it increases rather quickly but I think 20mph is more about control and money than about safety and climate change.

  15. Haha this is smoke and mirrors. The "screen shot" shown earlier is not evidence that was provided to the house, it was part of his 5 min to make a point using portions of evidence he saw fit. She has the evidence in hand so obviously she has access and did not read it out loud by the way so I doubt it made a contextual difference or she would have pointed it out.

  32. This is stupid, no one can be absolutely within a small margin like that without low balling and the sweet spot for fuel efficiency is about 55 MPH so not only is this a double whammy on your pocket but it also flies in the face of their "clean energy save the world at all cost" agenda.
