  1. Power PC Macs were waaaaaayyy better than the crap they put out these days hands down. I used a late model G4 tower and it outperformed my maxed out 2010 Mac Pro in every regard except for graphics, look up the max specs of that machine. At one point me and my roommate tried to crash it since we ran out of physical memory but it could still operate seamlessly while opening the entire Adobe and Macromedia suites plus 3 browsers. All that without enough memory for a paging file lol. Enter Intel chips and ughhhhhhh.
