  2. Try learning about history and geopolitics so you can supplement your "reading". Here is the nutshell: Russia has an agreement with NATO to not court Ukraine into joining NATO. NATO has broken this agreement and is also continuously participating in war games on their border. You would have to be an idiot to not build up troops on your border in this situation and FWIW all countries have a right to solidify their sovereignty.
