Good to know that "ex military" are the ones that define what a genocide is and not people in the ICC or historians and people with legal backgrounds.

@thisismyyoutubecommentacco6302 Palestinians were in Gaza before Israel occupied it and before Egypt occupied it. And wow ...sorry but nowhere in the world is a 1300 year old claim on land taken more seriously than the present occupants.

@cosmicelectron This is not true and even if it was, the amount of people is not a deciding factor on who owns land. Sorry to tell you that this area of the world has a lot of historic evidence that tells a different story. Like how the Ottoman empire occupied it for hundreds of years but let the locals retain possession of land so they could be taxed. The same Ottoman would later sell off portions of their land to foreign buyers. This is all fact and there are documents and maps top prove it. Then after WWI the British and French moved in providing us with further data. And FWIW Palestine never declared war on anyone, that was the Arab league. Palestine was caught in the middle.

@MrHellweasel This is BS, they do not use people as shields and if they did, who is worse the one with the shield or the one shooting it?

But Neil, scientists work for corporations. Like how Exxon's scientists knew about GW in the 70's, or how cigarettes were actually bad or...stuff like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_scientific_misconduct_incidents Or how data gets stuffed like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0rO9DDganV4

Puberty is more than just sexual development ffs, the lack of research and forethought is astounding.
2
@station7thedoor What if they keep fighting back? And attacking? What then? Will Israel stop prior to full victory if the fighting continues?
2
@gabrielsoo2939 They didn't pick the fight, this has been going on for 80+ years...seriously if you don;t understand this stop commenting.
2
@DeathsjesterKMNP 1300 years earlier and they shared the land with other tribes including Phoenicians. They do not have a direct claim.
2
@aronpickering2154 He was not "their leader" he was "a leader" and I wasn't talking about WWII and FWIW Lehi or the "Stern gang" also tried to contact Mr Hitler. Edit: As a side note, if Lehi and other groups had not attacked the British so they could claim their own State it is quite certain they would have stayed and the Arab States would not have attacked.
2
@Dr.Frankensteen Nope, even according to the Pentateuch there were people in the promised land prior to the Israelite's and historically it was quite diverse.

Oh great, a "military expert" knows better than the ICC lol

If someone that is trans and identifies or feels they are a woman, surely there must be a definable state of what that actually is or they would not feel that way, they would have no frame of reference but yet they do which means it is easily identifiable and consequently, it is not the state in which they find themselves,

Imagine Neil deGrasse on a football field and having no problem sacking a girl QB...
1
@user-fb8lb2mo9c For one thing, they don;t actually do that, the other side actually has. And it seems like Israel is targeting "shields" in Gaza, Lebanon and Syria. I guess it really doesn't matter if they are correct or not, I mean if they actually knew, they would have known for a while and could have done something a little more surgical than blowing up city blocks.
1
@MitchellRMiller-lt1xi Those tunnels are not bomb proof, they are just "safer" and the entire populace could not fit, not even a fraction and why would they need to be there? Oh because of indiscriminate bombing. And the entire populace is trapped so technically this "shield" is actually attached and cannot be removed. It's F'n bullshit, they have no room for a military base or even a military and if they did their neighbour with an army, navy, air force, intel, satellites and billions of dollars in aid from the USA would destroy it in seconds regardless of collateral damage, because only Israel is allowed to defend itself.
1
Sorry but Israel is as culpable in this situation as anyone if not the original impetus.
1
@AvnerRosenstein-ULTRA-LXV You are using a semantic game. It doesn't matter what people were called and no one disputes that Jews lived in the area, this does not change anything. FWIW I took months to look into old records and maps, including the writings of the original Zionists Chaim and Theodore. It's not "what I heard" it is fact.
1
@gguyllago Population ≠ ownership or distribution of population. And your statement: "Arab homogeny in gaza and the west Bank is a recent development, and one caused by the ethnic cleansing of jewish communities dating back to time imamorial." Contradicts itself as if it dated back to time immemorial it would notbe a recent development. Your statement also ignores the Zionist movement to move to Palestine.
1
@thisismyyoutubecommentacco6302 Sorry but the "Holy land" was way more diverse than you think, archaeological evidence has proved that. And I never said anything about their religion, that is your way of distracting and taking this out of context. It doesn't matter what people called themselves or what they are called now. And present population certainly doesn't matter nor does who does what to the Druze population.
1
@guythetechguy Okay so only 5 Palestinians lived in Gaza but the Arabs took over....wow that is a logical stretch man I guess you forgot that technically that makes them Palestinian lmao Anyway you are wrong, documents prove otherwise as do the writings of the original Zionists Chaim Weizmann and Theodore Herzel who described the situation there clearly. And sure there were Jews there, that is not the issue here, no one disputes that, it is the stolen land and stuff like that. Have a nice day.
1
@rachel-h4k3k They are also wrong, the history of the region is only disputed by Israel. And if this judge is corrupt he wont be on a case, it is the body of the ICC that decides on the rulings to be preceded on.
1
@aronpickering2154 They totally were, if you want to nitpick and say that some Palestinians living in other countries joined in because they were disposed of land by Israel, fine but the majority were small villages and farms that were butchered and absorbed.
1
@zjzr08 So what you are saying is because a specific area became known as Judea, all citizens were Jews but this is BS as is the term Judea. Biblical and historically, two different things.
1
@zjzr08 Historically this is false since that area was way more diverse than you think and the term Judea not as all encompassing either. Phoenicia is a thing as well as Phoenicians. There was no single tribe even though they share a language.
1
@zjzr08 Bullshit
1
@zjzr08 Bullshit even according to the Pentateuch the land was inhabited and god set the Israelite's to purge them
1
@user-xh3wr1do7k You're wrong.
1
1:47 But the conflict didn't start on Oct 7and you know this, in fact it's really hard to tell who the terrorists are if you didn't have the news telling you.
