300 days of solitary before a conviction is unfuckingbelievably cruel.

Brilliant talk, don't hate unless you watch it.

Next step is to criminalize competition if it causes a loss of profit lol
77
Yes it's a moment in time when people who have been assaulted need to start reporting and collecting evidence from the beginning because we have this thing called presumption of innocence and that is way more important than your feelings, and sorry to say, more important than singular cases of any crime, rape included.
76
@tylerblue9691 uhh if it was made in a lab, they covered it up meaning there was a conspiracy of secrecy lol
53
33 min of no facts lol
42
Holy crap there is a legal process to immigrate to any country, why is this an issue? 90% of this is anecdotal and has no point, maybe there is a better way but pointing to the past or strawman arguments is not going to help.
34
Ted is ded.
33
If you don't like what someone is saying, don't listen.
33
It's an easy fix, legalize it.
32
Sorry but I know plenty of men that love being Fathers and primary caregivers. Men don't need to be socialized to accept something they never had time for in the past it's women that need to be socialized to realize the obvious.

3:30 false equivalence and sorry to tell you that every race/culture/person experiences this depending on your locale etc. And who in power is getting cancelled? Dove? No, even with their black to white get clean ad, they are fine. The people getting targeted are those that do not go along with the status quo, regardless of colour. People with pronouns can dog pile on those that don't want to use them or don't like them. In Canada, if you identify as anything but CIS in school, you can bully anyone that is CIS and there are no consequences. The whole thing is BS cultural appropriation is bad but you want diversity and inclusion. Listen to the music but don't sing along or dance. Buy the music but don't get influenced. And oddly, only appropriation when certain colours do it.

Yes imagine a person responding to a violent outbreak that the immediate family cannot deal with without having the skills and resources to protect themselves, the family or even the person.
25
She's a lawyer, it's her job to stretch the truth.
25
"comprehensive, common-sense gun legislation " Just what is that when federal checks are a thing? And no one seems to do anything about red flags, especially the FBI, Try prosecuting criminals and helping the people who are mentally ill
24
One person from a microscope company watched this lol
23
It's about time science and common sense return, thank you Gabriella.
23
As long as you give it a viewing you are entitled to your opinion.
21
I feel for anyone mistreated by the system but I have to say that the US border, whether south or north is not the most friendly in the world and if you happen to fart the wrong way on the wrong day you will regret it regardless of what color you are.
20
Is it really a position though? Unelected....unaccountable. "Picture that job being to rule over a country"...."rule" lol
20
"Dislikes disabled" LOL

There were three waves of "Indigenous peoples" over a span of 15000 years....so, who are the "original"? And does it matter? And what is the cut off point to be "indigenous"? And just in case you missed it....they are NOT indigenous if they migrated FFS.
19
You mean the people that point out how he can speak about any topic as if he is an expert yet anyone else will get censored because they are not experts in the field?

8:25 okay we can see right here the type of cherry picking going on. The countries she lists have a combined pop of 3 billion before the USA is accounted for. So with a pop of 327 million and with only 238 million being white we can see that white millennials are not the ones telling the majority of the narrative, not even close. 4:27 interesting that it is millennials listed with no data showing previous generations. 4:30 no data showing payment history. 4:34 again only millennias shown, the youngest looking generation. 4:37 this I believe is true though the accuracy of the percentage shown is unknown to me and the reasons why could be numerous. Discrimination is definitely a factor. Unless the argument is that everyone is racist against black people. 4:40 this is misleading as no data is shown. 4:44 yet every other ethnic group is equal to within .5% and that shown something that is NOT discrimination. 4:48 WHAT? 6:12 Sorry but "research" and "Washington Post" do not mesh. First graph clearly shows that there is a downward trend in the attitude presented so what is the argument? And why is there only shown "millennial" data vs black people? Why not white/asian/etc millennial vs black AND black millennial vs white/asian/etc? The only reason why is to paint a narrative. If you want the truth you would have to analyze all the factors and then you would see racism is not just a white thing.
18
They fail because a job should be awarded to those with merit regardless of their skin color.
18
Yes but now the language is being compelled an that is unacceptable.
17
Stop with the whole "decolonize" thing. There are no white people in your home telling you what to like.
16
I think road signs have you beat. As do warning label icons. But they don't have PR machines.
15
A blueprint on how to change the world. Be the change you want to see in the world, don;t protest or complain, just do it.
15
This is what Ted is all about, awesome talk, enjoy it while you can people.
15
Daniel T. You are correct but it is happening in the form of regulations that are too costly for small operations.
14
We need nuclear not pipe dreams
14
Does anyone think to hold any other country by the same standard? People from Honduras etc pass through many countries and could actually go south.
14
Someone needs to write a CEO code and put these bums out of work. Although he is right about many things a min wage increase is not the answer and citing Seattle this early in the game is NOT evidence. It is far to early to tell. The truth is, companies HE works for can afford to pay, it is the small businesses that can't. Monopoly 101. Regulate the competition out of business. Save a pitchfork for him just in case.
13
Go to India and see if you even have a seat at the table. Try to marry out of your caste or religion or race lol Seriously America is the most diverse place ever and Hollywood the most diverse film industry on the planet. Go elsewhere.
13
Rich people put their money into trusts and foundations for themselves. Easy way to control your money and keep the gov at bay.
12
It's not the hackers that worry me.
12
He's a moron, the corporations have already won...been a while now...go ahead an tell Google how much power you have lmao...the power to "opt out",,,not really.
12
They don't...they either remain committed or break up, cheating implies negativity so unless they have an open relationship, they are not happy.
12
"ethical banking" ...lost me right there lol
11
I like the part where it is assumed progressives are good and conservatives racist.
11
Urging us to turn away from voices perpetuating harmful stereotypes he takes the current stereotype that masculinity is toxic by default. Protip women are only empathetic with their young.

"The world will end by 2030 if we don't blah blah blah" "We might have a chance if we wait until 2050 blah blah blah"

It is obvious that if you compare poor people and wealthy people you will get differences in outcome. Yes the wealthy ones should, in theory, have an easier economic outcome but that does not mean the gathering of that wealth was not earned by their parents, and their parents could have been poor. Or even middle class born to poor parents/immigrants. Bottom line is someone worked for the money therefore it was EARNED, why should others be given a free ride when EARNING gets you there, even if it takes a generation or two.
8
Can we just leave kids out of this? This is Ted, where are the experts? All we see are pundits and artists and now kids?
8
If we just get rid of corruption and the financial system that extracts wealth instead of growing it, all these problems go away. The ones we can fix anyway.
7
Why the push for "democracy"? The Greeks tried that, it was a mess, Republics work better. The problem is there is no accountability and at the opposite end of the spectrum, lots of cash to be made.
7
TLDR Tracking your every move with your smart phone isn't enough so now we are going to get personal.
7
I agree with her premise but sometimes the urge to paint only men as being violent misses the mark. Women can be quite aggressive and I think only their lack of physicality prevents them from going full throttle.
