  1. 5:14 right there that is technically resisting arrest and sorry Doc, that is not "hands in the air" lol that requires both arms raised and them to remain there, not to dab or point at the ground and try to misdirect his attention to the ground with word and gesture. "Watch me now...do you see that?" How could you miss that? Oh wait you didn't, you declined to bring it up.

  2. He didn;t once give the officer his full cooperation, he was belligerent from the start. And you don;t know his mental state either "wasn't suicidal before the traffic stop"...how do you know? He wasn't acting coherently and was acting reckless before the stop even occurred. @rinnypink
