Actual Justice Warrior breaks this down pretty well. Just look at the receipts and the terms of service. The fact she was able to scan meant it was not his bike, he just "claimed" it as his own. Not only that, he didn't actually use the bike for over 1/2 hour after she left. He's a dick.
