  1. I hate to tell you but "historically", legal age was much younger than it is now, both in terms of law, social structures and evolution. That being said, there was research done on attractiveness and women between 15-23 were deemed most attractive by all sexes/age groups and this makes sense from an evolutionary standpoint. It's literally their function to be attractive. But we are left with a hard discussion, what is "appropriate age"? When nature says?(menstruation) When law says?(somewhere between14-18 on average) Or science? (25ish or when brain develops) And go!
