@privacyvalued4134 But that's not the only reason it exists, it ensures equal representation for smaller communities.

8 hours day = 480 minutes. At $7.50 for a Latte, it would require pumping out a Latte every 55 secs without a break to reach $3500 a day. Does anyone believe this is actually the case? If so, it must be the most profitable chain on the planet for one location to have such a throughput of clientele. And an employee is not generating profit, the employer does that by starting a business and providing access to a customer base and jobs for people. You can always start your own coffee shop and keep the profits for yourself?

I didnt know Home Depot was an insurance provider...oh wait, they're not...what is this?
6
He was there for 12 min of lip service

50+ years of dem leadership...

@gcro9206texanforever Yeah it is, she is totally self serving.
3
@Krill_all_health_insuranceCEOs They are not a provider, they offer a policy through a private company who pays for treatment.
2
@gcro9206texanforever That's why he only took $1.00 per year as president....
2
This will bankrupt small businesses.
2
5:45 okay but the comparison is not the same here because they can resell the stock so its not really a loss as it would by giving raises or funding research etc.
2
It's the same thing if you are a private contractor, someone rents your time/labour. And Starbucks was a small business partnership of 3 people who worked hard and found success, so can you!
2
0:54 but the economy was great under Trump and sucks now Ray so what is your malfunction? If you had a logical point, it would be one thing but that makes you look stupid.
1
He's been president for a year lol
1
@af6096 My comment was referring to "Shawn Fain is an absolute American treasure."...someone who has had a year as president....it is a stretch. As is your claim that no auto worker would support Trump, seriously lol
1
@morganfreeman4726 Unless they are the provider this makes no sense, they were already paying their share, they dont pay per treatment
1
@Krill_all_health_insuranceCEOs Unless you have actual information on how this works your insults and insinuations are not helping.
1
@Krill_all_health_insuranceCEOs I really doubt that happened, otherwise it would happen on a larger scale and many states have options to retain insurance after employment anyway. And FWIW I live in Canada and nationalized healthcare is not the gem you think it is. You seriously want the person looking after you to have incentive to do so.
1
@Krill_all_health_insuranceCEOs Honestly I wish I had the money they take in taxes and I would spend it on private health care, It does have some benefits like going to the ER and not owing money for life if you're uninsured lol then again, not all ambulances are free, all the good doctors are in the USA, they have no incentive to do any more than the gov will reimburse them for and if you are old...well you no longer pay taxes.
1
@Krill_all_health_insuranceCEOs We do, they have like 3 year waiting lists and most are kind of assholes lol
1
@Krill_all_health_insuranceCEOs THere is a 78 year old woman where I live, her primary care provider retired and there is no one to take their place. So she has to wake up at 5:00 AM and go to the clinic, wait in line and hope she gets seen. You can do that in any clinic in the USA.
1
@Krill_all_health_insuranceCEOs There are none available lol
1
@Krill_all_health_insuranceCEOs There are too few, I dont even have one lol
1
@Krill_all_health_insuranceCEOs Yes and the system itself sucks, horribly mismanaged like the rest of the gov and there is speculation of them moving to private health care anyway since everything they touch fails
1
@Krill_all_health_insuranceCEOs I agree that the cost structure in the USA is out of whack and there should be some regulation because the lowest insurance I can find in the USA is just under $400 a month while here it is about $63. What you really need is reform and Obamacare....well, it's not working lol but you still have a top 20 healthcare and less than average tax burden, the prob is political
1
This is true for the entire world @NoSpam1891
1
@billycloudy9078 So what you are saying is she was chosen during the primaries? She wasn't selected to be the nominee?
1
But the SCOTUS just ruled it was a State thing....
1
Gotta love how they involved Trump in this. 1500 layoffs in one year during Bidens admin.....mention Trump!
1
@ashleighelizabeth5916 What does that have to do with invoking Trump for every problem?
1
5:55 oh come on lmao. Sorry bias but Bill Clinton set the whole ball rolling and the Dems are at least as corrupt as the Cons like wtf is this?
1
@jenniferri7735 For one thing, I don't think your first statement is accurate but even if it is, that is why we don't have a straight democracy because of the tyranny of the masses.

How does destroying abortion rights protect the ruling class from anything?
1
@nickthompson1812 Likewise a shop needs real estate, electricity and product all provided by the owner. No one is forcing them to work there or preventing them from doing the same. Then they would find that payroll is one of the highest expenditures they have and that just an increase in min wage will mean an increase in price for the customer or the need to lay someone off.
1
@erkinalp This is about paid time off, vacation or otherwise.
