What accountability? What is the felony here? 34 counts of falsifying business records...all misdemeanours, turned into 1st class felonies by a mysterious crime that has not been brought to the table yet. Accountability needs to be on the side of the DOJ at this point.

None of it is relevant, this is a trial about falsifying business records, none of which had anything to do with her except she got paid which is a matter of fact already.

What are you talking about? He admits to paying her money. The details of their interaction as well as anything else she has to say are not relevant to this trial, at all. So letting her "testify" for hours in a case that has nothing to do with her directly is an attempt to bring up things outside the scope of the trial.
