Federal officers operate everywhere in America especially on federal property when the city has neglected its duty to protect, it's not hard to understand and you don;t need a lawyer to tell you what to think. They also make arrests, sometimes without warrants as do regular police.

The actual irony is both sides do the exact same thing and then accuse the other.
7
People should actually READ the SCOTUS decision themselves because in the first paragraph they state that Trump did not try and argue he was above the law, it is only the media and douchbags claiming otherwise.
6
The US is almost 250 years old and has never really had an audit and there really is no method of doing so, you should be happy such a thing is occurring.
6
Unless you are getting paid to endorse.

It only sucks if Democrats lose, right? The EC is the one thing keeping the rights of small communities within a State or the Union itself from being overtaken by the wants of the more populated areas.
3
This is flat earth type stuff. What you are saying is he tried to "steal" the presidency....something not really possible without election fraud. He supposedly tried this without the help of the military...something not really possible, his plan was to hope his words would be "taken the wrong way" by a group of protesters who had a permit to protest....and maybe, just maybe, this unarmed group would turn into a raging mob and somehow overthrow the government....and keep it.... As if the Capitol building was the drivers seat of a car, just take it and the USA is yours! LOL
2
It's rare but he wouldn't be the first to be charged with terrorism and some that are wanted didn't even kill anyone so this is not without precedent. He basically used violence to effect ideological/political change and that is the basic definition of terrorism. I don't even need to agree with the charge to know that it is not an outlandish one.
2
This is as biased as it comes lol As a lawyer you should know the second he rolled up his tinted window he was a threat, he was also a disrespectful jerk.
2
@TesterAnimal1 It could be true, we know they tried to pay other influencers.
1
@hvmetalwarmonger178 Legit, they all love socialism until they have to give up their oat milk pumpkin spice lates.
1
Dems are so afraid of accountability.
1
These pardons are par for the course, in case you haven't noticed past records of other presidents far exceeds Trumps in both magnitude and suspicion. Just look at the iran contra pardons list ffs. smh
1
@kweldon349 The reason why any of the people pardoned were charged in the first place was because of a four year investigation brought against a sitting president based on nothing but hearsay. Not you or I would have been investigated based on a report with nothing but words and funded by a private organization. They would not have been charged with obstruction or anything else if not for this charade.
1
@GR46404 No, it is every president, look up Pardongate for slick Willies list.
1
@GR46404 I honestly don't care if you feel like putting aside your bias and doing a quick search, you could have just highlighted the word pardongate for the story but you are probably lazy...and bias.
1
Why are you asking about this and not the corrupt prosecutor?
1
Dear lawyer: Scientists say we are past the point of no return. Keep patting yourself of the back though.
1
@Sleeping_Insomiac It's a civil case, there is no burden of "beyond a reasonable doubt", they merely need to convince a jury that is possibly biased.
1
@One Quick Thing No, only evidence is good enough, especially if the accused is a public figure.
1
@christianseibold3369 Pretty sure jurors are randomly selected and its very hard to test for bias lol as if someone that hated Trump, selected to be a juror would tell you he hated Trump
1
I can't wait for an economy based on "I come from a middle class family". Also can't wait for her supposed border plan. I just don't understand why she wont do any thing she promises "if she is elected" while she holds office and has full support of her party. What if Trump wins? All those important issues could have been dealt with or at lest begun.... But nope.
1
He probably also had a biased jury and no burden of "beyond a reasonable doubt";
1
Why touch on this and not the underlying reason why he was being investigated in the first place? I mean no one actually cares about Flynn in this scenario and you know this.
1
@thaphreak " low compared to a month ago" He has been pres for 3 months lol, he isn't magic, didn't have anything to do with the price when he came into office and wow it's one thing to be critical and another to have your head buried up your pooter. And you forgot bird flu?
1
Thrown under the bus, they eat their own.
1
Why does this even matter when the SCOTUS just rules he couldn't be charged for this anyway? Biden doing it is another matter but there is a fair bit of bias for this channel to even touch that. lol
1
You might not like Trump but if you think he is stupid you are just biased and living in an echo chamber. He has literally run about 100 businesses in his life and this plot is something a 5 year old would laugh at so somewhere in the middle is a whole bunch of propaganda and a lot of naive people. @Corythosaurus8
1
I never said anything about money @petavaldman2150
1
There is to much detail to has through in a 20+ min video that misses the point. Not too mention the Dems tried to basically do the same to Trump while he was in office to the point he was impeached. All "unfounded claims" in the end etc @squirrels666
1
Absolutely NO bias in this video.....
1
@ZeketheZealot This guy is a lawyer and there was a verdict, his opinion shows his bias, my opinion is not relevant.
1
@ZeketheZealot I don't know tbh. I lived in LA during this event, watched the chase live etc. During that time I trained with a Vietnam vet who was a medic and his opinion was that the amount of blood from a neck stabbing could not be cleaned from his body in the amount of time he had. The blood would coagulate under the nails and especially in his curly hair and would require a cleaning of ammonia to properly get rid of even visible evidence from his body. He did say it didn't exonerate him from some culpability as he may have hired someone and perhaps was there to witness the event. With all these possibilities, I am not going to even try and claim I know what the truth is.
1
2:10 LOL I need this to be a meme
1
If you thought Trumps plan was to use 1000 people to overthrow the US Gov without the help of the military...you are stupid, thats it, do not pass go, do not collect $200.
1
@ Those are internal inspectors created by Congress, and doing literally nothing.
1
@ Who has experience in this? You cannot rely on IG or any internal source for a proper audit. It doesn't work, not for police, not for anything, there are too many barriers for the status quo. I think it is far to early and the topic far to partisan to even reach a conclusion of a "correct way" or "doing something exceptionally badly". It's not even been 1/4 of a year and already they blame Trump for inflation, comparing 2 months to a full year, it's ludicrous as is this topic, it's too early to tell.
1
@ Comparatively yes, I would prefer if there could be an actual external audit. But the Pentagon loses trillions here and trillions there and no one seems to care and it's the same across all agencies. Their budgets must remain so waste will ensue.
1
@ 70.1 Billion for what? And I wonder if you feel the same for all the cash given to Ukraine. And I could go on.
1
@wellscampbell9858 That's BS, every Gov in the world is bloated, the US is no different and has enough cash to feed the most voracious of parasites. No matter who sits in DC lobbyists exist, their special interests infest the entire Gov. And people don;t care if this meets the exact definition of an audit, they want to cut out the waste and corruption, no matter how it's done.
1
@Necroxion That's the problem, congress.
1
@bulletsandbracelets4140 Congress is in charge of the IG's from the get go. This is a huge conflict of interests. There needs to be an external way of doing things, just because you can;t see it doesn't make it less a problem.
1
@aidanmargarson8910 That's a red herring, the truth is you have no idea to what degree they are successful or not
1
@aidanmargarson8910 You don;t understand something, that "equipment" was older military hardware paid for by the US taxpayer. That "equipment" will be replaced and paid for by the US taxpayer...again. Have a nice day mate.
1
I think the reason for this is because it's Congress job to impeach a president that has overstepped their authority.
1
@drwilyecoyote5357 "The other side just pardoned everyone in their family and inner circle preemptively for the entire period of the statute of limitations, it doesn't paint a pretty picture.
1
@adamplentl5588 You have bias lol, it's okay, your "side" is pristine and pure and always 100% on the right side of history, especially when the previous president had to pardon his entire family and inner circle preemptively for any crime within the last 10 years! Nothing to see here, move along!
1
@TheModdedwarfare3 You don't have to be a centrist to see the truth
1
@benb8352 Are you really saying the left just sits back and "complains"? Really? You have a serious reality problem.
1
@lordpessimism It ensures equal representation, that is why the number of electoral voters changes.
1
@lordpessimism Population of California is 38 million, population of Wyoming is less than 600K.
1
@lordpessimism I didn't make the rules and I am not sure why they settled on a particular ratio but it is an attempt at least, would you rather it be removed or brought to par, that's the real question.
1
0:10 I doesn't matter how they are dressed, if it is "seemingly random"(its not) or if they are in an unmarked vehicle, they are making arrests in the middle of a large group of people and I think it happened once.
1
This is as legit as Trump being prosecuted for something Hillary and Biden did without being president.
