  1. It only sucks if Democrats lose, right? The EC is the one thing keeping the rights of small communities within a State or the Union itself from being overtaken by the wants of the more populated areas.

  4.  @lordpessimism  I didn't make the rules and I am not sure why they settled on a particular ratio but it is an attempt at least, would you rather it be removed or brought to par, that's the real question.
