  1. Federal officers operate everywhere in America especially on federal property when the city has neglected its duty to protect, it's not hard to understand and you don;t need a lawyer to tell you what to think. They also make arrests, sometimes without warrants as do regular police.

  2. 0:10 I doesn't matter how they are dressed, if it is "seemingly random"(its not) or if they are in an unmarked vehicle, they are making arrests in the middle of a large group of people and I think it happened once.
