  1. Ridiculous. Stand your ground did not work for Dunn nor was it used in the Trayvon Martin case so what is this?

  2. Keepskatin  Stand your ground was not used in the Zimmerman case and not effective here.

  3. Keepskatin  He was arrested and released on bail. There is no charge until the investigation in this case since it was inconclusive what happened  and the defense never used it. There is also the classic self defense law which prevented them from charging prior to investigation and is what the defense used. Stand your ground has been used by young black men as well.
