  1. Oh come on. He had prior convictions, one for unlawful possession of a firearm. He definitely put the police at risk when he fled as well as every person driving on the street that day. I don't pretend to know what happened after that and maybe the gun was planted but HOLY SHIT you guys, he wouldn't have taken off like that if he wasn't guilty. And maybe the judge seemed to be generalizing but he is probably correct. That situation is the perfect storm for ANYONE getting shot by a hot headed cop, you should not be surprised AT ALL.

  5. An the guy in the car knew all this? No, he didn't. As soon as the police roll up he tries to flee. And sorry to break it to you but anyone has a higher chance of getting killed by cops if you run. Oh yeah and all that heroin.

  7. He didn't just run, he hit their car, almost hit them if they didn't move and risked everyone on the street. And again we have no idea if it was planted or not. And that article would apply to any race, the problem here is he had a past record, two police saying he just did a drug deal, a high speed chase through traffic and the actual drugs on him at the end. Seriously, after all that, the driver could have just sneezed and a hot headed person would potentially fire. No need for a gun to be present at all, you know they could have just said "false move" and the cop would have got off after that chase.
