  1. WHAT? How was that information determined? Perhaps because he thinks they all swim here? Sounds a little stereotypical.... Most people crossing the Rio Grande are literally doing so in shallow water and sad to say the current shows us how well they can actually swim. It's 3 feet deep in some areas ffs.
