  1. I predict massive local debt, loss of privacy, exploitation of workers, exploitation of the poorer areas and brutal crackdowns on any protest. But on the lighter side of things, profits are assured, people will pay the bill for the infrastructure, the cocaine will flow in the private booths and the masses can have their football cake. Good times...good times.
