  1. I doubt anyone can show data suggesting that any of the measures would single out any specific person of color. Which demographic uses drive though voting the most? Or 24 hour options(which must have security and "nonpartisan" observers? Why would you send out an UNSOLICITED ballot? Why would a "partisan poll watcher" be specifically against bipoc and not the adverse? Who the fuck doesn't have ID in the USA? Besides homeless people or illegal immigrants? Good fucking luck qualifying any of that.
